This group is designed for individuals who identify as adult children of immigrants.
This group will provide you with a safe space to share your thoughts when it comes to the mixed feelings of being children of immigrants.
Expose yourself to the nuances of being an adult child of immigrants, but also learn from others who are on a similar journey as you.

I've never been in a processing group, what should I expect?
Expect to be in virtual space with 5-6 other individuals who also identify as children of immigrants.
This group will be discussion based where we will be sharing our stories while also using valuable time to discover our place in our parents’ immigration stories.
